About Jamie
Throughout my life, I have maintained a passion for celebrating life and supporting others, specifically families, to achieve their fullest potential. I have focused my professional pursuits on educating, empowering and advocating for people to live joy-filled lives. My specialized clinical experience and childbirth/early parenting coaching skills offer a holistic focus to support the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of mothers, partners and families during the prenatal stage, birth of their baby and early parenting experiences. I also support new parents struggling with postpartum and early parenting challenges, within a therapeutic context, to identify
and implement practical daily strategies and positive
self-perceptions to thrive during momentary and long-term family life.
The philosophy behind my coaching and therapeutic approach is to blend evidence-based information, personalized comfort measures with confidence and calm to help women and their families navigate their pregnancy, birth and postpartum/parenting experiences with as much peace and positivity as possible. I am active in the arts and in local and international social justice initiatives that promote life's integrity and value for all human beings.
